Regional Sales Manager – Local (Bay Area/Northern California)

Position Summary:
Green Circuits provides a suite of outsourcing services for customers in need of fast, service oriented and reliable solutions. Those solutions include design, quick turn prototypes, NPI builds, sustaining production volume builds, system assembly, test, order fulfillment and after-market services. We believe that speed and customer delight is where we differentiate ourselves in the EMS market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Classification of Target Markets and penetration strategies
  • Possess a strong understanding of Green Circuits service offerings, Identification and analysis of the company’s competitors and how to present our value offering
  • Develop a thorough account plan and sales strategy
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals
  • Develop a sales funnel that aligns to Green Circuit strategic growth objectives
  • Hunt for new customers within defined sales territory
  • Achieve sales targets / quotas
  • Maintain / expand relationships and grow revenue amongst assigned existing customer base
  • Create accurate and timely sales forecasts
  • Accurately maintain and update Green Circuits CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Interface frequently with internal Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing and Finance teams

Qualification Requirements:
A. Required Skills and Experiences

  • Motivated Self Starter
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Excellent Problem Solving Skills
  • Experience within the printed circuit board, printed circuit board assembly or quick turn prototype industry is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business in EMS or related industry
  • Driven to provide superior customer service
  • Experience with forecasting for assigned customers and for new prospects
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative team environment
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including CRM software – Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite is a plus
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communications, negotiating and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/2000, AS9100, ISO 13485 standards is a plus.

B. Required Education Level

  • Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent is preferred
