Berkeley’s blend of academic research, green technology, and hardware innovation demands electronic manufacturing that can adapt to complex, fast-moving ideas. Green Circuits provides quick-turn PCB assembly to help bring those ideas into form—efficiently, reliably, and without delays. Whether you’re refining an experimental design or building toward commercial scale, our team supports the full product cycle with precision-focused manufacturing built around your goals.
Our Capabilities
Spanning 60,000 sq. ft., our facility supports a wide range of PCB assembly needs with an emphasis on accuracy and turnaround. We operate with five SMT lines, Juki pick-and-place machines, and Heller 10-zone reflow ovens, engineered for consistency across all production volumes. From BGA rework to multilayer assemblies and turnkey builds, every job is completed in a fully ESD-controlled environment, so your products are protected at every step.
Green Circuits works with Berkeley’s research labs, product teams, and emerging tech companies, delivering tailored PCB solutions that support high-performance design and iterative development.
