Has lead Green Circuits for the last 3 years through profitable growth while stabilizing culture. Prior to Green, led $500M diversified manufacturer with 2,500 employees and was in the Semiconductor practice at McKinsey & Company. Holds an MBA from UVA Darden School and was a MoreheadScholar at UNC.

Mark Evans


Has lead Green Circuits operations organization, driving lean improvements, operational execution, and elevated quality product delivery. He brings 25 years EMS experience, was formerly with Hunter, Creation, and Flex and is a Lean/6Sigma Blackbelt with an EE from U of Wales.

Richard Dutton


Has led the Green Circuits finance organization since 2022, improving the company’s cash position, profitability, and financial security. Prior to Green Circuits, he led finance and M&A for a durable goods manufacturer and a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Holds an MBA from York College of Pennsylvania.

Adam Szychowski

VP Marketing and Sales

Has built a sales and marketing team in 1st year with Green to drive growth and support highly complex customer needs. Prior to Green Circuits he led marketing and sales at Advanced Circuits and brings PCB experience as well as experience servicing high demand aerospace and defense customers.

Jennie Tran

Sr. Director of Human Resources

Has led the Green Circuits human resources organization since 2019 and has been instrumental in driving strategies that foster a culture of excellence and attract the best talent.
With more than two decades of experience in EMS, she has served as an HR executive at SMTC, Creation Technologies, and ProWorks. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from San Jose State University.
