Recruiter / HR Generalist

JOB TYPE: Full-time, onsite 

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter / HR Generalist to join our human resources team. In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition initiatives, manage employee relations, and support HR processes to foster a thriving workplace environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Able to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across various departments, including recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal staffing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like iCIMS or Workday, and research techniques to identify top talent.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates at different levels, assessing skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate employment offers and contracts
  • Work with hiring managers and IT to onboard new employees.
  • Track turnover rate
  • Other HR / recruiting activities as needed

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Contract Manufacturing experience is a must.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders confidently.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills working with all levels of the Green Circuits team and in a diverse environment.

Program Manager

JOB TYPE: Full-time, onsite 

DESCRIPTION:

Program Managers are responsible for managing all activities related to a customer account to ensure that the business relationship is productive and healthy for the customer and the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary interface and overall business management of assigned customers.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage the communication and expectations with the customer.
  • Manage and monitor account health metrics and track and report actions/issues.
  • Champion and drive overall account satisfaction to ensure account growth
  • Coordinate with Business Development & Sales to assimilate new programs internally.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must possess excellent language skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and concepts.
  • Ability to plan and direct multiple and complex business functions in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials, assembly drawings, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing process flow for PCBAs and Systems Integration.
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office software with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a contract manufacturing environment is a must

Planner

JOB TYPE: Full-time, onsite 

DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the overall execution of scheduled orders within the MRP system. Acts as a liaison between materials and manufacturing operations to coordinate and communicate order requirements through required processes. It is a crucial member supporting Program Managers in assuring overall customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish, verify and maintain BOM structure (single or multi-level) profiles to ensure MRP accuracy.
  • Manages, maintains and performs order administration for forecasted demand orders.
  • Manages, maintains and performs order administration for all jobs based on Sales Order demand.
  • Thoroughly understands ALL demand being driven in the MRP for a set of specific accounts. Is held accountable for data integrity (date management) for JOB status within Haven MRP environment.
  • Reviews JOB status and monitors availability of material to support job release date requirements.
  • Drives shortage review meetings with purchasing personnel.
  • Will assist in various inventory management, supplier replenishment and line stocking programs.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Working knowledge of MRP.
  • Bill of Materials Structuring and component profiling.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excel experience (vlookup, pivot table, graph) / Macros (visual basic) preferred
  • Strong Computer Skills and Microsoft office software. Excel strength a must.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION LEVEL

  • Minimum of 1-2 plus years planning experience in an EMS environment.
  • High School and College Graduate preferred.
