PDS Surface Mount PCB Assembly Capabilities Expand to 01005 Parts

PDS is proud to boast that our Juki SMT can put down 01005 parts.  For years, PDS knew that the industry would not stop at 0201 parts.  With the BGA package going down to 0.3mm, we knew that something smaller will be coming.

When we heard 01005 was coming out, we got really timid.  How can someone even see a part that small?  However, we did not shy away from the challenge. PDS has been experimenting with different nozzles and setup to get the correct recipe.  We are proud to say that we can put down 01005 parts successfully and repeatedly.  So if you want to use 01005 parts, go for it!
