Today, I’m excited to share an important milestone in the continued growth of Green Circuits.
We have entered a long-term partnership with Metatron and are expanding our organization by adding a location in Canada that will operate under the Green Circuits brand. This marks an exciting next step for our company and reinforces our commitment to building a stronger, more capable organization for the future.
For more than 30 years, Green Circuits has been built around strong relationships, operational excellence, and investing in great people. Those principles are not changing. In fact, they are exactly why this partnership made sense.
Metatron shares our long-term vision and belief in what we are building. Their investment is focused on supporting long-term growth through expanded capabilities, additional resources, and continued investment in our people, operations, and future.
The addition of the new location strengthens our North American footprint while expanding our operational capabilities and capacity to better support customers across defense, aerospace, and medical industries.
Most importantly, this transition is about growth and expansion, not disruption.
Our leadership team remains in place. Our customer relationships remain unchanged. Existing contacts, support structures, and day-to-day operations will continue as they do today. What this partnership does is give us the ability to continue growing thoughtfully while expanding what we can offer to our customers and partners.
Just as important, we believe there is strong cultural alignment between our organizations. We care deeply about our employees, our customers, and the quality of the work we deliver. We’ve worked hard to build a culture where people want to stay, grow, and contribute long term, and we are proud to continue building that culture together.
